Returns & Exchange policy & procedure

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location. This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website. This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Our Returns Policy

If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:

(a)    we receive the returned product within 14 days of delivery to you;

(b)    the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

(c)    you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and

(d)    none of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.

How to return an item or order

In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you need to visit Returns & Exchange Portal where you will be required to enter your order number and the email address used when purchasing from Follow the online process, which will inform us to expect your return along with a unique return authorisation code. Please ensure that you return the items to the address provided, exactly as it is listed.

Products returned under this policy must be sent by tracked and signed for delivery method, in this instance we would recommend a service provided by Royal Mail, ParcelForce, UPS or other reputable provider. We would recommend retaining proof of purchase, as the item will remain your responsibility until received by us. The return address will be listed at the end of the online returns request process.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.


Any clearance items, which are stated as ‘end of range’ will not be returnable.


We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy. We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product unless the item was faulty, or you received the incorrect item. We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product. Please note it will take between 3 & 5 working days to receive the money back to your original payment source.


You may exchange all or part of your order, provided the stock you require is available. In order to return an item or items to us for exchange you must follow the process as detailed above under ‘How to return an item or order’ – and select ‘exchange’ when prompted. If you require for instance a different size pair of trousers after purchasing a full 3 piece suit, you do not need to return the whole suit – please just state within the returns portal what items you are returning and what size you require. Mr. Munro will pay for postage for outgoing exchanged goods, up to one exchange per order.

Improper Returns

If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:

(a)    we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;

(b)    we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c)    if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

Gifted or Free Items

As detailed, point 24 within our Sales Terms and Conditions we may on occasion include items free of charge as promotional offer. If you are returning part or all of your order, you will need to return any gifted or free items if they were gifted or provided free of charge based on your purchase of said returned item.

Example – free shirt with any full price suit. If you are returning the suit, you must returned the free shirt. If you do not return the free item, or the free item is not returned unworn, not it’s original packaging, or without it’s original labels then we reserve the right to deduct the retail price from your refund amount.
